Fima utilizes an integrated ERP system that enables:

    Projection and administration of plant load, including orders, capacity reserves, and commercial projections to anticipate demand and possess the flexibility to meet client requirements.

Programming and online tracking of all activities related to the project, from order receipt, onto tasks related to design, purchasing, the workshop, and dispatch, consolidating requirements in line with capacities.

    Inventory line administration, including client material handling, where necessary.

    Control of project milestones and alarm systems to take corrective actions in a timely manner.

Additionally, FIMA’s output is based on an inspection plan integrated into scheduled system activities, thus assuring product quality while meeting specifications.
