Our manufacturing capacity conforms to recognized international standards, with our qualified personnel working approximately 800,000 man hours per year, and generating an output of about 10,000 metric tons of processed manufactured goods. To facilitate such massive activity we employ cranes with a lifting capacity of 100 tonnes, and insist on the usage of precision CNC technology for material preparation. We employ a 5-headed CNC pantograph (featuring plasma) and other CNC applications are used to make programmed cuts of round bar steel and profiles automatically.

The metal preparation section of our factory features hydraulic shears to cut sheet steel to workable sizes.
In our boiler section we have a wide selection of bending presses, as well as rollers to form tubing and punch presses to increase efficiency.
In the machining
section we have several types and sizes of machines including
CNC lathes and machining centers. We have an aggresive program
of replacing of conventional machines for CNC´s in the
next years.
