FIMA boasts a manufacturing capacity in line with international standards, with qualified, specialized personnel who work to ensure the fulfilment of client requirements, and meeting of commitments to timely, high-quality delivery, through rapid and innovative approaches.
FIMA currently processes around 80,000 HH per month with an approximate production of 10,000 MT. In order to reach these capacities, the company employs equipment, devices, and accessories that allow pieces and/or equipment of up to 100 MT to be moved.

Raw material transformation entails the following processes:
Preparation, cold and hot cutting of raw materials through CNC machines (pantographs, using oxicut and plasma), and mechanical and automatic shears and saws.
Metal fabrication and welding, FIMA possesses all facilities for bending and rolling, as well as fixed and mobile punching machines to facilitate such tasks. The team draws on ample experience in welding processes such as SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, GTAW-Orbital and SAW.
Mechanical, in this section, FIMA relies on machines of numerous types and sizes, including CNC lathes and machining centers. As a point of policy, the company places a strong emphasis on substituting conventional machines with CNC technology.
Assembly, joining of pieces and/or equipment associated with mining (grinding, gravimetry, filtration, milling, section filtering, flotation concentration, leaching, thickening, and clarification equipment), fishing, (FRT 8000 tube driers, FSD disc driers, hot air dryers, coolers, etc.), sugar (clarifiers, cane mills, crystallizers, dryer-coolers, riddles, etc.).
Surface finishing, surface preparation and coating application in line with international standards for the protection of steel and other metal structures.
