Furnace for the  Petroperu Talara Refinery

Tulsa Heaters INC (USA), under a subcontracting scheme, has placed us in charge of the manufacture of a crude oil preheating furnace with a capacity of 90,000 barrels of crude oil per day.
The scale of the project is such that it demands 300 metric tons of structural steel, 160 metric tons of high-chrome (P-5 and P-22) steel tubing and 240 metric tons of heat-resistant material, under the direction of 38,000 man hours.
Once installed, the furnace will be the biggest of its kind in the Peru and the Andean region, giving Petroperu a 50% increase in processing capacity.
